The first decade

Ten years ago tonight, I went on a first date with the person who would turn out to be my husband!

We went out to dinner at La Cucaracha, then to a movie ("Out of Time" featuring Denzel Washington, in case you were curious), and then for a walk to the river.

Here we are a couple of months later, when we took our first photo together at our alma mater's sort-of-formal winter dance:

And now here we are, married for almost a month!

He is wonderful, and I can't wait for all of the adventures still to come.
