Green garnishes

After I cooked shrimp and peanut noodles for dinner last night, I was assembling the fixins' (to borrow a term I used to hate when referenced in school lunch menus on taco day but now have decided to love) and noticed a fairly uncommon sight for February: so much green!


Also, I need to use limes a lot more. Maybe every day. They are a delight.
